No refunds on pdf emails, goods lost in post are not the responsability of the poster but will try to resolve the problem with you
No refunds will be given if you have purchased a pattern in error and have already received the file.
I do not refund goods which have not been cared for properly via the care sheet provided. Resin is a delicate material which can last a long time if you follow instruction.
Damage to goods will require a return of item if to be replaced or photographic evidence so i can judge if it was packaging error and customer damage
